- Restating Core Values. We will help you define the values that shape your organization. What values shape your organization? What values shape you as a leader? How do they work together?
- Confirming the Mission. Why does your organization, business, group, or church exist? What are you here for? Are your activities in line with your mission? What dissonance exists between your mission and the conduct of your leaders or your people?
- Casting a Vision. What is the vision for your organization? What is the short-term vision and the long-term vision? How will your group be different in a year? In five years? Who sets the vision? How do you achieve buy in from your people?
- Developing a Strategy. What specific steps will you need to take to achieve your vision? Is the strategy in line with your values, mission, and vision?
