You may be asking, "how do I know what leadership characteristics I am strong in?" “Grow: Strength-Builders” is a copyrighted assessment designed to help you identify areas of leadership strength. You may take that assessment from this site as well as find multiple tools to help you grow as a leader.
In addition, I have become a licensed consultant using multiple personality inventories. The MBTI and DISC were among those assessments. These powerful tools provide amazing insight into why leaders act as they do. You will find insights beneficial as you work with leaders and train your leaders to lead others. I have continued to explore and use those tools to help myself and others grow. Samples of reports are available on the appropriate pages of this site.
Finally, I have developed a process to guide groups or businesses through the process of strategic planning. I have led multiple churches through the SPP (Strategic Planning Process). I offer those tools to you as you define your core values, develop your vision and strategy.
